MAPLE PECAN WAFFLES

 

  • 1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR 
  • 1/4 CUP ALMOND FLOUR 
  • 3 SCOOPS PROTEIN POWDER* 
  • 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA 
  • 1 TB PSYLLIUM HUSK 
  • 2 CUPS WATER 
  • 2 EGGS 

 

DIRECTIONS: Turn on waffle iron, let heat up. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add in eggs and water, stir until even consistency. Pour batter and wait for waffle to finish.

 YIELD: Approx. (9) 4" Waffles
