MAPLE PECAN WAFFLES
- 1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR
- 1/4 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
- 3 SCOOPS PROTEIN POWDER*
- 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
- 1 TB PSYLLIUM HUSK
- 2 CUPS WATER
- 2 EGGS
DIRECTIONS: Turn on waffle iron, let heat up. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add in eggs and water, stir until even consistency. Pour batter and wait for waffle to finish.
YIELD: Approx. (9) 4" Waffles
