SHIPPING POLICIES

• Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

• Weekend and holiday orders will ship out the following business day.

• Tracking number provided on all orders. 

• Inspect packages for damage upon arrival.  Should any products arrive damaged, please contact us here.

SHIPPING RATES

• Domestic orders of $0-$49.99 receive flat rate shipping of $4.95, USPS Priority or UPS.

• Domestic orders of $50 and more receive free shipping.

• International customers please contact us before ordering.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product(s), please contact us here.

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened, untampered, undamaged products that were not purchased at a sale price.

Any customer interested in a return will need email us here to see if they are eligible.  If a return is initiated, a return shipping label will be emailed to you and the cost deducted from the return amount.  All products purchased at a reduced rate are FINAL SALE, without offer of return or exchange. 

If you would like to exchange a product please contact us.  Exchanges are honored if the product is unopened, for a product of equal or lesser value.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Sales on Scoopies, apparel and supplement samples are final.

Taste is subjective, so choose your flavor wisely.
